Sometimes your appearance is less effective than you would like. For example, you may be an absolute expert in your field, yet be told that you need to put yourself on a firmer footing because you are ‘too invisible’. Or you might be nice and modest, but be accused of coming across as arrogant or distant. Because your self-presentation is so decisive for your effectiveness, it is important that you get a grip on managing it. During this training you will discover how you come across. You will get an analysis of your appearance, and we will identify what works well and what does not. Together, we determine what your objective is. How do you want to come across? Which aspects remain underexposed, which aspects do you absolutely not want to lose? This analysis will increase your insight; all kinds of pennies will drop about why people react to you in a certain way. Then we will show you which knobs you can turn to optimise your appearance.
