Sometimes your presence is less effective than you would like. For example, you may be an absolute expert in your field, but receive feedback that you need to put yourself out there more because you are 'too invisible'. Or you may be a nice, modest person, but colleagues find you arrogant or aloof. If you come across as insufficiently warm and competent, the unpleasant consequence is that you evoke resistance or are not taken seriously. How you come across is decisive for your effectiveness, so you must manage your presence. During this Leadership Presence training you will discover how others perceive you. You get an analysis of your appearance, we point out what works well and what does not. Together we determine what your objective is. How do you want to come across? Which aspects of your professionalism remain underexposed and which do you not want to lose? This analysis increases your insight; you will finally understand why people react to you in a certain way. We will show what you can do to optimize your appearance.
